1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Movember Contest (the "Contest") begins on November 7, 2025 and ends on November 30 11:59PM EST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be considered.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty - Team Jason Ballas (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry texting their full name and a Movember photo (showing facial hair or a moustache) to 613-243-0909 (Jason’s Cell) or by emailing their name and photo to info@teamballas.com.

Submissions agree to being shared on Facebook and Instagram.

4. PRIZE DETAILS:

Two prizes valued at approximately $100 CAD are available, one for Best Moustache and the other for Best Facial Hair.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The winner will be selected by public vote on or about December 4th from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The vote will be conducted on Jason Ballas’s Facebook and Instagram Pages.

The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within [1] day of the draw date. If the selected winner does not respond within [1] day or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION:

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest. Participants also consent to receive promotional emails and text messages from the Sponsor, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

9. GOVERNING LAW:

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

The name of the contest winner may be published on the Sponsor’s website and social media pages following winner verification and consent.

One entry per household. We reserve the right to refuse any giveaway entry that appears ineligible, suspicious, or does not meet the referral criteria. All entries are subject to verification to ensure fairness and compliance with the contest rules.
