August brings more nice weather, a busy tourist season in Quinte and Prince Edward County, Rochelle's birthday, and finally... SUNFLOWERS. 🌻

We celebrated Rochelle's birthday this month, and for this month's Ballas Broadcast, Jason and Rochelle headed to Dahlia May Flower Farm in Quinte for a little time among the sunflowers.

MARKET REPORT: SOLD SUMMARY

Market Report | Sold Summary

The local market continued to shift through July, with sales slowing in most areas following the end of the traditional spring and military posting season.

A few numbers that caught our attention:

• Belleville: 79 sales, down 12%, with the average sale price remaining just above $530,000.

• Brighton: Sales dropped 27%, with 8.1 months of inventory pushing the market further into buyer territory.

• Prince Edward County: A standout month with a record 57 sales, up 21% from June.

• Quinte West: Sales declined 35%, with inventory moving above 6 months and shifting the market further toward buyers.

• Stirling-Rawdon: Improved slightly and remained balanced, with Team Ballas recently selling two properties in the area.
