Meet Team Ballas' Starting Lineup

Canada's World Cup run may be over, but Team Ballas is always ready to take the pitch.

This month, we traded market updates for a little friendly competition, introducing our own Real Estate Dream Team. From negotiations and listing strategy to protecting your equity, every member has an important role to play. Even Tundra earned a spot on the roster as Head Trainer, although we're still waiting to verify those credentials.

Market Report | Sold Summary

The local market continued building momentum throughout June, with inventory remaining high and buyer activity staying strong across many communities.

Here's what stood out this month:

• Inventory remains high, giving buyers plenty of choice.
• Belleville recorded 90 sales in June.
• Quinte West remained one of the region's most balanced markets with 85 sales.
• Prince Edward County continued moving toward healthier market conditions.
• Well-priced homes continue attracting serious buyers.

The biggest takeaway?

Today's market is creating opportunities on both sides of the transaction. Buyers have more selection and negotiating power, while sellers who price strategically and present their homes well continue to see success.
