Market Report | Sold Summary

Inventory continued to grow throughout May while sales activity remained strong across many local communities.

What we’re seeing right now:

• Active listings increased across most markets

• Prince Edward County and Stirling saw some of the largest inventory gains

• Belleville and Quinte West each recorded more than 80 sales

• Several local markets are moving closer to balanced conditions

• Buyers continue benefiting from increased selection and negotiating power

The market continues to create opportunities on both sides of the transaction. Buyers have more choice than they've had in quite some time, while sellers who price and present their homes well are continuing to attract serious interest.
