Steady Trends with Spring Ahead

Spring is (hopefully) around the corner, and with it, we’re seeing some small shifts in the market.

• February Stats: Minor changes in average sale price, number of sales, and months of inventory compared to January.

• Market Trends:

  • Small uptick in homes sold and average sale price—a typical trend as we move past a quiet January.

  • Months of inventory remains steady overall:

    • Prince Edward County saw a 20% drop, nudging it closer to a balanced market.

    • Belleville & Quinte West remain stable in a balanced market.

  • Looking Ahead: Expect March numbers to continue trending upward.
