Quinte West & Brighton: Avg. sale prices up 2–3% YTD and $90K higher than May (boosted by high-end sales)

  1. Belleville: Prices held steady month-over-month

  2. Prince Edward County: Avg. sale price up $60K from May

  3. Stirling/Rawdon: Avg. price down over $100K MoM

  4. Overall:
